The Club’s intent is to actively encourage and monitor pace of play taking into consideration variables that could affect a reasonable pace. Groups are expected to monitor their pace and should expect to be respectfully asked to speed up play if necessary. To promote an enjoyable pace-of-play at Lubbock Country Club, members and guests are requested to comply with the following guidelines:
1. Maintain a proper pace of play and position on the golf course.
2. Complete their round within four hours and fifteen minutes (4:15) or less (GPS units have been set to help monitor this pace.)
3. Comply with requests from the Golf Professional Team to speed up play.
4. Repeat offenders may be reported to the Board of Directors and subject to playing privileges being restricted.
