We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during these uncertain times! We’re so thankful we’ve been able to keep the golf operations up and running and giving y’all a safe place to perform your social distancing.

We’ve made many adjustments to our golf operations to try and keep us open while maintaining safety for both the membership and our team. To keep us operational and doing so safely we need your support in following our new adjusted rules.

Effective today, here are new rules that will remain in place until further notice.
Please know these are only temporary and in an effort to keep everyone safe and our golf operations up and running! 
 
1.  Tee times will remain every 10 minutes to help maintain social distancing and pace of play.
 
2. Arrival is restricted to only 20 minutes before your tee time. This will help limit the number of players on the range and help us maintain limited interaction between groups.  

3. We will have every other mat down on the range to help keep everyone at a safe distance.
 
4.  Only one golfer per cart unless you share the same living space. You must live in the same house to share a cart, even if you are family.  
 
5.  Golf cart amenities will no longer be stocked in the carts in the usual fashion. Sand bottles, coolers, tees, scorecards and pencils have all been pulled from the carts. Should you need any of these items please call the Golf Shop at (806) 763-1871 and we will bring you sanitized items. Tees, scorecards and pencils will be single use only while coolers and sand bottles will be sanitized.  
 
6.  Social distancing needs to be maintained by all golfers and team members at all times. Please no congregating on the tee boxes or after rounds. Please keep your distance from one another while on property and during your round.    
 
7.  Only one group is allowed on the first tee. You must wait until the previous group has left the tee box before you can approach for your tee time.  
 
Please know the golf team is doing everything we can to keep everyone safe! We are sanitizing each golf cart prior to being used. However, if you would like us to sanitize your cart again in your presence we are happy to do so – just ask any of the Outside Operations team members! 
 
We are working very hard to keep everything going and as the COVID-19 situation constantly changes we are doing our best to adjust appropriately to keep everyone safe and happy.
