    Serving breakfast, lunch, & dinner six days a week, the Lubbock Country Club Grill continually offers the finest, up-to-date cuisine with that extra touch that reflects our hospitality & an ambiance for gracious living. The Grill offers seating in casual, informal, & formal areas providing the atmosphere for a formal dinner with friends or a casual breakfast before heading off to the golf course. 
  

Breakfast

The Grill opens every morning at 7:00 for breakfast. A complete a la carte menu is available with everyone’s breakfast favorites. You can even call ahead & have your breakfast waiting for you so you won’t be late for your 9 o’clock tee time or tennis lesson! 
   

Lunch Buffet

Each day, (except Saturday) the Chef prepares a different buffet, complete with soup & salad bar. There is always something for everyone, making the Lubbock Country Club Grill the perfect place for a relaxing lunch, meeting, or just to grab a quick bite to eat before heading back to the office. If you prefer, our regular lunch menu is always available to order a la carte & to go. 
    

Theme Nights

Each night in the Grill, the Lubbock Country Club features a different themed special. The regular dinner menu is always available, however, it may be limited some evenings due to the featured specials. Also, a new children’s menu is now available, complete with every child’s favorites, so everyone can have exactly what they want. Theme nights include: 
    

Tuesday Pot-of-Gold Buffet

Pot  of Gold is a great family night value. Themes for the buffet change weekly, but the excitement never ends with the weekly Pot-of-Gold drawing. Each week, $50.00 is added to the starting pot of $500.00 & two names are drawn every Tuesday until we have a winner. Door prizes are also drawn for, so each week a winner walks away with a complimentary Pot-of-Gold dinner for two! The regular menu is also available. 
    

Wednesday 2-4-1 Steak Night

By far the most popular night of the week. Take you pick of our steak specials & receive a second steak of equal or lesser value FREE! A limited regular menu is also available. 
    

Thursday Château Night

A night especially suited for fine wine & friends. Each Thursday the Grill features European classic cuisine, such as Chateaubriand or Rack of Lamb for two. Our menu changes monthly, so be sure to look for new featured specials. A limited regular menu is also available. 
   

Friday Fresh Fish Feast

Every Friday morning, fresh fish is flown in on ice & the Chef prepares specials with the freshest fish in town. Specials also include an all-you-can-eat shrimp & appetizer bar & a limited regular menu is also available. 
    

Saturday Prime Rib & Birthday/Anniversary Night 

Each Saturday features fresh, roasted prime rib served with fettuccini alfredo or twice-piped potatoes & a complimentary hors d’œuvre. In addition, each month, the club sends meal certificates to everyone celebrating a birthday or anniversary that month & Saturday is the night to enjoy a free dinner on the club! 
    

Sunday Champagne Brunch

The Lubbock Country Club’s Sunday Brunch is one of the finest in the area! Each Sunday, from 11:00am to 2:00pm, a buffet extravaganza is prepared, including a breakfast bar complete with an omelet station, a full lunch buffet & salad bar, & a lavish dessert bar. Complimentary champagne is provided & a featured pianist completes the elegant ambiance. 
   

Sunday Night All-you-can-eat Kicked-Up Catfish<

Fresh, Blue Channel Catfish served any one of our kick-up ways: Southern-fried in a kicked-up Cajun cornmeal batter, jalapeño cornmeal batter, blackened, or grilled with a cayenne lemon butter. Each platter is all-you-can-eat, so you’re plate will be filled as many times as you’ll let us. 
 

Chateau Club Wine Dinner Series

Every other month, the Chateau Club hosts a succulent Wine Dinner featuring an owner , wine maker, holiday suggestions, component tastings, etc.


Dresscode

• In the formal dining area:Jackets are required on Friday and Saturday evenings. Gentlemen should remove hats; Children should be suitably dressed; men's slacks are preferred, but nice jeans are fine; cut-offs, hats, tee shirts, and tank tops are not allowed; jogging suits, swimwear, and scrubs are not allowed. On evenings other than Friday and Saturday, a collared shirt is required.
•  In the semi formal dining area: Gentlemen should remove hats, shirts must have a collar; swimwear is not allowed; shoes are required; tank tops and t-shirts  are not allowed.
• In the casual area: No offensive t-shirts, no swimwear, no tank tops
