MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND PRICES

Associate Convertible
Full Privileges: Golf, Tennis, Pool, and all Clubhouse Facilities
Initiation fee is $2500+ down and Stock is $2500 paid out in monthly payments within 3 years. Once stock is paid out, the Associate Convertible will convert to a full Stockholder membership with voting privileges. Stock may be sold if member needs to leave the Club.
Monthly Dues: $353.00+ +

Junior (age 21-32)
Full Privileges: Golf, Tennis, Pool, and all Clubhouse Facilities
Initiation fee is $2500+ down and $2500 stock is amortized in monthly payments until age 40.
Monthly Dues: $288.00 + + until age 33, then Junior converts to an Intermediate membership.

Intermediate (age 33-39)
Full Privileges: Golf, Tennis, Pool, and all Clubhouse Facilities. Initiation fee is $2500+ down and $2500 stock is amortized in monthly payments until age 40.
Monthly Dues: $313.00 + + until age 40, then Intermediate converts to a full Stockholder membership.

Associate Firm
Full Privileges: Golf, Tennis, Pool, and all Clubhouse Facilities
Initiation fee is $2500+ down and $2500 Stock paid out in monthly payments within 3 years. Once stock is paid out, the Associate Firm converts to a full Stockholder Firm membership with voting privileges. Stock may be sold if the Firm needs to leave the Club. Firm members have the privilege of owning up to five Under-Firm memberships. Under-Firm memberships may be transferred among company executives for a transfer fee or temporarily inactivated.
Monthly Dues: $353.00 + +

Under-Firm (non-equity)
Full Privileges without voting: Golf, Tennis, Pool, and all Clubhouse Facilities
Initiation fee is $2500+
Monthly Dues: $353.00 + +

Tennis (non-equity)
Tennis Facility, Pool, and all Clubhouse Facilities without Golfing or Voting Privileges
Initiation fee is $1000+
Monthly Dues: $249.00 + +

Social (non-equity)
Pool and all Clubhouse Facilities without Golfing, Tennis or Voting Privileges
Initiation fee is $500+
Monthly Dues: $166.00+ +

** Indicates = Plus tax and standardized service charge of $25.00 per month
Except for the “non-equity” memberships, a member may pay their stock off at any time and have voting privileges.
