Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years’ experience
Communication and leadership skills
Able to delegate and problem solve
Ensure consistent, high-quality food and food safety standards
Work with the executive chef in managing of prep cooks, line cooks & dishwashers
Maintain a professional and positive approach with coworkers and members
The ideal candidate will be able to execute the executive chef’s vision of high-quality food standards, a positive work environment and strict food safety standards
Produce high quality plates in taste and design
